By creating an account or using Tsuba, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Swushi Co.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tsuba. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Swushi Co reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate the age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Swushi Co immediately at contact@swushi.net if you believe your account has been compromised.
You retain ownership of the content you post on Tsuba. By posting content, you grant Swushi Co a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Tsuba platform. You represent that you have the right to post any content you share and that it does not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
If you believe content on Tsuba infringes your copyright, send a takedown request through the DMCA page on this site or contact contact@swushi.net. Repeated infringement may result in account removal.
You agree not to use Tsuba to post illegal content, harass other users, distribute spam, impersonate others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, scrape or collect user data without consent, or engage in any conduct that violates these terms or applicable law.
Tsuba+ memberships and eligible in-app items are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The applicable store displays the final localized price and any applicable taxes before you confirm a purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled through that store before renewal, subject to its terms. Billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility are handled under the terms of the store used for the purchase. Tsuba does not directly collect your payment-card details.
Guardian Angel access is a community safety role that may be granted by Swushi Co after review or by developer invitation. Applying does not create a purchase or payment obligation. Swushi Co may revoke Guardian Angel status for violations of these terms or community safety rules. If a paid Guardian Angel product is offered in the future, its price, renewal terms, and store terms will be shown before purchase.
Tsuba is free to use and shows advertising to eligible free accounts to fund that. Some features let you choose to watch a rewarded video in exchange for an in-app benefit, such as resting in Tsuba RPG or unlocking Unhinged Mode. Watching is always optional, you must complete the video for the benefit to be granted, and closing it early grants nothing. Paid members, Lifetime members, Guardian Angels, and staff are not shown these advertisements. In-app benefits earned from advertising have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or refunded.
Members can rate people they have spoken with, and every rating requires a written reason. Ratings, reports of ghosting, and moderator action combine into a member star rating. A low rating can restrict where you post, including limiting you to Unhinged spaces and your own groups rather than the general community. Developers and administrators are never rated. Ratings are intended to record how members treat each other; submitting false or retaliatory ratings, or including another person's private information in a reason, is a violation of these terms. If you believe a rating or restriction is unfair, contact contact@swushi.net; a Guardian Angel or administrator can review and lift it.
Swushi Co may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, community guidelines, or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the community, without prior notice and without liability to you.
Tsuba is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. Swushi Co does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swushi Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tsuba or your inability to use the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Swushi Co may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Tsuba after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms were last updated in July 2026. They describe how Tsuba is currently built and are provided for transparency. They are not legal advice and are not a warranty of compliance with any particular law, including tax law. Swushi Co is a small independent developer and is having these terms reviewed by a qualified professional. Purchase, refund, and tax handling are performed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms, which take precedence for anything bought through them.
