Delete your Tsuba account

Tsuba by Swushi Co lets you request deletion from inside the app or by email. Deleting your account also deletes the data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to Tsuba.
Open Settings.
Select Account Settings.
Select Delete Account and confirm the request.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with your Tsuba account. Use the subject Tsuba Account Deletion Request and include your Tsuba username, if known. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Deletion covers your authentication account and associated Tsuba profile information, photos, posts, comments, messages, social connections, preferences, and other account-linked content stored by Tsuba.

Timing and limited retention

Your account enters a 14-day deletion period after a valid request. During that period you may contact support if the request was made in error. After the period ends, account data is permanently removed from active Tsuba systems.

We may retain limited records only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms. Those records are restricted to those purposes and retained only as long as necessary.
